Show Rules

ONLY ONE EXHIBIT MAY BE ENTERED FOR EACH CLASS NUMBER. Due care will be exercised in handling each exhibit, but the Lancaster County Ag Society, Inc. will not be responsible for articles lost damaged or stolen. Use discretion when entering delicate items. Only one exhibit may be entered for each Class number. Ribbon placing is based on merit. At Judge’s discretion, not all ribbons will be awarded if exhibit does not merit a ribbon. No entries will be released before the specific time. If you are unable to pick up your exhibits at the release time, it is your responsibility to find someone to do so. Any items remaining after Sunday at 2p.m. will be taken to the Event Center office. There are two Quilt Divisions: one for Adults (18 & up as of January 1, 2011) and Juniors (9-17 as of January 1, 2011). Premium payouts must be picked up from show superintendent during release time.
