Fragile work and extremely large pieces should not be entered. No entries will be released before specific time. If you are unable to pick up your exhibit at the release time, it is your responsibility to find someone to do so. Any items remaining after 1:00 pm will be disposed of immediately.
At superintendent’s and/or judge’s discretion, classes with few entries may be combined with others, and classes with an overly large number of entries may be subdivided. Judging is merit-based. At judge’s discretion, not all placings will be awarded if exhibits do not merit placing.
