Entry Fees: Youth, Equitation & Showmanship $8, Walk-Trot $8, Lead-Line $0, Halter $10, Regular Performance $10, Horse Stalls $20 per horse/per day (all horses must have a stall), Tack Stalls $20, per day, AHA Single Event Membership Fee $35, Office Fee $7.50 per show, AHA Recognition Fee $3. $15 per horse/per show late entry fee.

Show Rules

All horses, yearling and older, MUST be registered and you must include photocopies of both side of current registration papers of horse entered with your entries. Failure to do so will result in an additional $10 fee added to your bill.

You must submit copies of your AHA Competion Card with entries or a Single Event Fee of $35 must be paid.

Adults, gaurdians or trainers must sign for minors on entry form in addition to signing consent statement.

Horses entered in amateur owner or junior owner classes MUST be registered in the name of the competitor or a member of the competitors family.

Contracts of sale or Bill of sale not accepted. STALLING REQUIRED, NO JUMP OUTS ALLOWED.

Shavings MUST be purchased at the Lancaster Event Center.

EXHIBITORS ATTENTION:  Please remember this is two (2) separate shows.  Your class schedule is the same for each show, but you MUST fill out a separate entry form for each show.  You will find two (2) entry forms:  one for One Day Show I for Saturday August 13th and one for One Day Show II for Sunday, August 14th.  Please fill out each entry form separately.  You only need to enclose one (1) copy of:  Horse Registration Papers, AHA Competition Card for owner/trainer/exhibitor.  You only need to send in one (1) check to cover fee’s from both shows.

Each entry form is PER HORSE.  You can list all riders for the horse on one entry form, but if you have more than one horse per show you will fill out a new entry form.

It is NOT a requirement that you MUST show at both shows.  You may show at one and not the other if you wish.

If you are only showing at one show, please send in the proper entry form for the day you will be showing.

Horse & Tack Stall fees are PER DAY.  Please remember to correctly list those on each entry form.

A COPY OF AN AHA COMPETITION LEVEL MEMBERSHIP is required (of all owners, trainers, riders, drivers, & handlers) or a Single Event Membership must be purchased for $35 per person.
