Visitor Policies

The Lancaster Event Center is dedicated to providing an exciting and memorable guest experience while ensuring the safety and security of all guests. The following guide provides regulations and rules for all visitors attending any Lancaster Event Center event.

Alcohol


All persons must be age 21 or older and provide legal identification to purchase alcoholic beverages. Management has the right to refuse service at any time. No alcohol may be brought into or taken out of the Lancaster Event Center. Any intoxicated guests causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility.


ATM Locations


For your convenience, there are automated teller machines (ATMs) located in the lobby of the Business Center and the Lincoln Room/Multi-Purpose Arena.


First Aid


The First Aid station is located at the west end of Pavilion 1. In the event of an emergency, please go to the first available officer or staff member.


Food and Beverage


The Lancaster Event Center shall be the exclusive provider of food and beverage service in all facilities and the surrounding property. Please note that outside food and beverages including coolers and deliveries of prepared from from outside establishments may not be brought into the Lancaster Event Center by any individual, including attendees, participants, exhibitors, employees, or subcontractors without written permission from Lancaster Event Center management. Visitors are not allowed to sell, give away, or distribute samples of any food or beverage items without written permission from Lancaster Event Center management.


Lost and Found


During and after events, lost and found items are turned in and stored in our Main Office in the front of the Lincoln Room. Found items will be stored for 10 days following an event. The Lancaster Event Center is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced items left in the building after the doors are locked and lights are turned off after the show.


Parking


Ample, free parking is available throughout the grounds on asphalt, gravel and grass lots. There are some designated no parking areas clearly marked on the grounds. Violation of the posted "No Parking" signs shall subject vehicle to towing and impoundment.


Prohibited


For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:

Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
Fireworks
Flags/Signs with poles
Laser pens/pointers of any type
Noisemakers such as air horns
Outside food or beverages
Oversized bags, backpacks, duffel bag
Pepper spray/Mace
Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms and spiked jewelry
Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management.


Smoking Policy


In compliance with local and state laws, the Lancaster Event Center is a smoke-free facility.
